This week has been stupid hard in terms of not bingeing but I am making progress steadily even if some days I eat probably more like a 1000 cals than 800…☺
Let’s just say this week my ass more than ready for a re feed day lol.
My infrared sauna has been my Savior. I’ve been so sickly the past month. Not only has it improved my health but you burn 300 cals for a 30 mins session!! You also sweat a FUCK ton (ew) but you loose water weight like crazy.
I think I will weigh myself tomorrow as well scary scary 😨

I literally can’t believe it, this morning I stepped on a scale and I was 102 lbs and my UGW was 105! I weighed myself yesterday and I was 110 so it must have been water weight but OH MY GOD! I’m so happy this is crazy I did it?? I’m finally as small as I wanted, now all I need to do is maintain ?? This is honestly euphoric. May 28, 2018 is the day I became the skinny bitch I’ve always wanted to be.
